Here is a list of about 40 scriptures, more or less, that we used to mark in the Book of Mormon to give to investigators. We would mark it and then give the page number to the next scripture.

Our whole stake is marking Books of Mormon! Here is our updated version
I am attaching a description we used when we presented the marking effort to our stake missionary council. It was very well received, and we have since presented it to all our ward YMYW (about 90 youth) during a 5thSunday presentation last month.
